Background/Goal

As a follow up to T356608 which was undertaken for Goal T354965, there are a number of improvements that can be made to the MVP of the baseline metrics tool aka Phabricator Task Dates.

This epic captures the collection of tasks related to improving the MVP of the baseline tool.

Proposed improvements:

• results filtering/sorting - by date, status, etc
• form validation
• single-step installation
• data visualization optimizations
• better pagination
• remove CORS unblocking extension
• move repo to DE ownership in GitLab
• deploy to ToolForge

Four feature teams use shared tools to evaluate and improve user experiences based on empirical data from user interactions.

This tool enables the collection of empirical data of baseline metrics.
