Building off of T361243: ask Civi to use PayPal's API when canceling recurrings due to chargebacks, it would be a big efficiency win in Donor Relations workflow if we didn't need to cancel recurring donations at PayPal's console as well as in Civi. If the API can be made to cancel at PayPal it would greatly reduce human time spent wrangling with Paypal's console, and likely yield a bumper crop of sustainable organic wikilove.
