Cannot scroll through all information on Add an Image halfsheet

Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

  • Open Add an Image suggested edit on iOS
  • Find an edit with a long image description (example video)
  • Scroll through image details

What happens?:

  • Cannot scroll to end of information, and cannot see Image Suggestion reason
  • Toolbar with Yes/No/Not sure floats over text

What should have happened instead?:

  • Can scroll through and read all information present
