SmartComments is an extension that enables wiki users to post inline comments attached to text fragments on wiki pages, comparable to posting review comments in Microsoft Word and other word processors.

@Rvdwiel The project does not have a message documentation file (qqq.json). This is not a blocker, but recommended to provide translators context about the strings they are translating.

We will proceed to add the project to translatewiki.net.
