"View form" should be placed at a more consistent spot on the #p-views menu

Description

Viewing the form allows users to either read or edit it.

"View form" should then be placed between "Read" and "View source", for consistency with other editing experiences.

Like on the screenshot below, it should be placed at the same place as the "Edit" button, between "Read" and "Edit source".
