The scope of this ticket is to improve copy in a several places in release right step for clarification and education of copyright and what is permitted on Commons. The following changes were tested in the usability tests (T373123) that were recently conducted and worked well among participants.
Copy update 1
Help uploaders understand what constitutes as own work and vs not own work so that they can make the correct choice.

- Update the introductory copy on release right step as shown in the UI
- Update the copy for own and not work options as shown in the UI
Copy update 2
Make the copy in q1 for own work consistent with the rest of the copy in the release right step. The current copy which uses the term "pre-existing work" is disjointed from the question and other copy used in the wizard.

- Update the copy for all the sub options along with the sub question under the a"This work contains the work of others" selection.
- Remove examples from the "This work contains the work of others" selection option.
Copy update 3
Standardize all the "Do not upload" warnings in the release right step for clarity and consistency.

- Update the warning copy under "own work" > q1 > sub option "No, the work is copyright protected" as shown in the UI
- Update the warning copy under "own work" > q1 > sub option "I don't know if it is free to use and share" as shown in the UI
- Update the warning copy under "own work" > q3 option "This work is for my personal use e.g. photos of myself, my family or friends, or I am required to upload it for my job" as shown in the UI
- Update the warning copy under "not own work" > q1 option "I don’t know if it is free to share" as shown in the UI. (Note: If T375494 is not implemented by the time of this work, then this warning copy will be under the current option "No, I don't have this information")
