Content translation allows users to add articles to their "For later" list. This list is helpful for users when they find relevant opportunities to translate for which they don't have time in the current moment. For example, when fining several relevant suggestions but only having time to translate one, users can keep the rest for later by taping on the bookmark icon.
The "For later" list is intended to show in the "Suggestions" view, and that is the current behavior on desktop. However, on mobile the "For later" list shows on all the dashboard views, including "In progress" and "Published". Differences in behavior are captured in the videos below:

This ticket proposes to adjust the "For Later" list on mobile so that it is never visible on views other than "Suggestions". So it will never show on views such as "In progress" and "Published".
Note that the "For later" list is only visible when it contains at least one article (a behavior that we want to keep). To reproduce the issue, you may need to add at least one item to the list if there's none already.
