It'd be nice to have a graph showing some representation of the overall build quality of MW and deployed extensions the day before we make a new branch cut.

If we change to persistent release branches then we can simply look at the build status of individual commits as they get merged into the branch. (that is T89945: Merge to deployed branches instead of cutting a new deployment branch every week. )
