Description

In many cases admins delete a page but after some day users recreate it.
would you please do 2 favours?

list of 500 last recreated pages in special namespace
highlighting the recreated pages in Recent Changes page

We are also facing the same problem in the Arabic Wikipedia.I hope that this request is implemented to solve this problem
