Description

I don't have a good steps to reproduce at the moment.

I was proofraeding at https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:Translate?action=proofread&group=%21recent&filter=translated%7C%21reviewer%3A1%7C%21last-translator%3A1 (contents will change over time) and opened the following message:
MediaWiki:Wikibase-property-summary-wbcreate-new/fi
Created a new property

It has a very long description which is not truncated.

The expected behaviour isn't specified well enough and the observed behaviour is not clear. Can you please resolve both issues with this report?

Without looking at the code, this probably happens because it uses a template and we only count the source length for shortening and not the parsed qqq.
