Description

Log in on the stable mobile site with an account that has 0 uploads to Commons.

Visit the Uploads link in the left nav

You will see the page header (Uploads) load, and then a flash of "0 uploads" message before the instructional first-time uploader tutorial loads.

The 0 uploads message shouldn't be visible to the user.
