Reproducible: Didn't try

Two editors report that VisualEditor's "Edit beta" tab occcasionally does not appear on their screens. Both were using Firefox on Windows 7. The button reappeared upon refreshing the screen, or spontaneously reappeared the next day.

Possibly a JS transmission error; without detailed information we'll never have any idea what caused it, but let's keep this open in case there are further reports.

It happened to one of them again.
