you can see on http://tools.wmflabs.org/styleguide/desktop/section-1.html#section-1.2 the button labeled "go" creates a button of 51px width, I'm recommending that we establish a minimum of 80px or similar equivolent in ems for buttons which have borders.

I changed it from 80px to 70px since 80px was too large for some mobile uses. See https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/161620/.
Ryan, what screens were the issues present on? also this doesn't affect "square" buttons (e.g. button groups)
