Description

Following gerrit changes released in 1.24wmf22 there is now the capacity to have interwiki links to https://wikisource.org aka [[:oldwikisource:]] I believe that this now allows the last of the wikisources to be able to be linked up to Wikidata. (Well I hope that there are no further impediments).
