Disable JavaScript and visit a Flow board.

The board has a pop-up menu to change sort between Recently active topics <-> Newest topics, but its target is href="javascript:void(0);" so nothing happens. The individual items in the menu (currently just the other sort) work with JS disabled, but the menu doesn't show them.

Expected: the pop-up menu could work without JS the way the topic action menu does, or the page could present the sort options some other way if no-JS.
