The list of translations in the dashboard should be adjusted so that:
- Recent translations appear on top. (Currently, they appear at the bottom of the list, which makes it so that users have to scroll in order to reach the translations on which they have worked recently.)
- The default filter shows ongoing translations. (Currently, all translations are shown. We expect users to look for ongoing translations to complete them as the regular behaviour).
- Use 'in progress translations' instead of 'draft translations.' That would help to avoid confusion with regard to pages published under the 'user' namespace (which can be also perceived as some kind of draft.)
