They use an IP whitelist... So far, I've only added the office IP, for the sandbox account. Use Full VPN tunelling to forward your development traffic.

Sandbox creds are stored in our production configuration file, under the 'test' account. We can run tests from the production boxes by commenting out the "default" account block, which will make the test creds the defaults. For final production use, we should comment out the test creds.
