I do have an interest, but I'm afraid currently I can't tell when I'll have time to do that.

I've imported it to github, and started doing some cosmetic cleanup etc in https://github.com/reedy/DynamicPageListEngine
If wanted, we can just push this all into gerrit easily enough to bring the repo in

That is from five years ago and apparently lost interest (the parent task T90573 is idle as well). Feel free to reopen if there is a need to actually import it in Gerrit.
