MobileFrontend needs a generic component

Description

https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T91372 , like many other tickets, is mistakenly filed under "MobileFrontend feature requests" despite being a bug report, not a feature request. A generic MobileFrontend component is required.

I'd also like to know if any other component is embedding a report property (like priority, assignee, dependencies or in this case severity) in the project name. Such a possibility is not covered in https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Phabricator/Project_management#Projects .

The Web-Team-Backlog product is the place we are currently reporting MobileFrontend bugs either wrongly or rightly.

Our options are rename this to MobileFrontend
OR rename it to MobileFrontend / Mobile web

I'm waiting for feedback on numerous places on what the purpose of Mobile-Web is for.
