[Bug] Coordinates in references and qualifiers should be linked in authority control gadget

Description

with new code being deployed to Wikidata, the authority control gadget can no longer depend on the javascript ui snakview / statementview widgets being initialized on page views.

this means the gadget should work instead by scraping the values from the dom or some other way. In T91408, we have made this work but it does not work yet for coordinate values.

This was done in T118230: Incorrect GeoHack URL when coordinates are used as qualifiers for qualifiers.

Does anybody see this problem? Recently, I fixed a bug in the gadget which might have caused this.
