Description

The mobile watchlist all of a sudden is outdated and wrong. For example It'll say a page changed 2 hours ago but if you go to the page you'll see it was actually 10 minutes ago.

I've followed up with the reporter and have requested one or more example pages that this bug affects.

I think the user might mean the "X <units> ago" text Special:MobileDiff. It's saying "31 minutes ago" for a page that was edited ~2 hours ago for me.
