Description

This ticket acts as a template and a set of guidelines for the information you should try to put into a bug description, as well as some optional information that can be added after code review (i.e. diagnosis & notes for testing). It's written to be copy/paste-able (use the "view raw" option to get at the markup for easier pasting w/ formatting).

Added a short note about stacktraces and OTRS tickets. The stacktraces in particular are super useful to easily find out if a crash is a regression or not.

@Niedzielski good point, but reporters usually don't have access to that info. devs should definitely link crash reports to tickets if they can, though.

side note: your name is a great reason for Phab to finally support auto-completing mentions in comments :-P
