Go to http://he.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:CX
Start a new translation.
Start typing the name "William Daniel Philips". Type letter by letter, don't paste.

By the time you get to "William Dani", the widget should be able to autocomplete to William Daniel Philips, but instead it says that there's no such article in the English Wikipedia. It's able to autocomplete it by the time you get to "William Daniel P", but I'd expect it to happen earlier.

Tested on Firefox in Fedora.
