Ah ok. I'm happy to do the domain transfer. Could you forward to me the registrar credentials that were emailed to dns-admin@wikimedia.org? Thanks!

Can you transfer the domain to our regular registrar?
@RobH: I was told that the registration credentials were sent to dns-admin@wikimedia.org. Do you have everything you need to configure the domain?

I guess Matt's concern arises from documentation that is generated, transcluded, or published from source code into a system like mediawiki.org or doc.wikimedia.org with a different license. IANAL :)

The solution taken for security bugs and Ops private tasks is basically what these teams need. I don't see any problems in this approach, other than a longer dropdown menu and probably an increased risk of misfiled tasks.

I'm cautious about listing Greg's email publicly. Please add me for setup purposes: slaporte@wikimedia.org
Can you add me and @Varnent as list admins for now? (I'm assuming we can adjust once it's setup.) Thanks!

What do we need to get SMW installed for a small private wiki (chapcom.wikimedia.org)?

@Spage I started writing/collecting docs for the socket-io feed here: https://gist.github.com/slaporte/ab0c189b0552cea97627 including a small example widget: http://jsfiddle.net/7rgxxkok/11/
