Is this task still open and has no conflicts with any other changes ? Asking because there hasn't been any activity for a long period of time.
I would like to work on it.

@matej_suchanek which notification category should be used? Or a new notification category should be made?

@matej_suchanek @TTO thanks. I thought MediaWiki-Change-tagging is a separate extension.

Hello, I am looking forward to solve my first bug.
This bug is from the extension https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:TagAsCategory right ? This extension gives error about wfMsg() and on searching, I found that the extension is not actively maintained.
