Hi @Bavisettinarayan, please have a look at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Installation_guide and https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Page_Forms/Download_and_installation , these helped me a lot to install my wiki.
Ok I'll definitely hold, it's quite interesting to do the tasks. Meanwhile, I'll explore more about PageForms and read the documentation.
Hi @Yaron_Koren, I've a doubt regarding this task, previously $wgPageFormsPartialPath was '/extensions/PageForms' and together with $wgScriptPath, it generated 'mediawiki-1.35.1/extensions/PageForms' that was nothing but $wgPageFormsScriptPath. Now, when I added $wgExtensionAssetsPath instead of $wgScriptPath and removed $wgPageFormsPartialPath completely, $wgPageFormsScriptPath became 'mediawiki-1.35.1/extensions/', it was running perfectly fine, so I'm not sure whether '/PageForms' is required or not.
For reference, I am uploading the screenshots of both cases-

You are right. I have made the "intro" parameter work for the non-multiple instance template also. Here is the patch - https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/PageForms/+/671139/3
Thanks for the feedback. I have made some changes so that the "intro" parameter works when "|multiple" is used irrespective of the usage of the "|label" parameter. The updated patch is uploaded here: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/PageForms/+/671139/2
Hi @Yaron_Koren , I have submitted a patch. The form definition looks like this
{{{for template|T1|label=Test Form|multiple||intro=Hi this is introduction of the multiple-instance template}}}
@Yaron_Koren, thanks for the reply. I have got a design in my mind, I shall implement it and submit a patch.
@Yaron_Koren , that's good to hear :). Thank you!

Hi @Yaron_Koren , I have some doubts about this microtask.
- I read the documentation, https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Page_Forms/Defining_forms#'for_template'_tag, will the new parameter be added in this tag? For example: will it be used like this? Ex: {{{for template|Template1|label=labelTemplateOne|multiple|intro="This is introduction of this Multi Instance Template"}}}
Hi @Yaron_Koren , I installed MediaWiki version 1.34.1, and there I do not see the problem of the Template and input types not getting displayed while creating a form. Thus, with my understanding, I have submitted a patch. Kindly let me know your reviews on this.
Thanks.
@Yaron_Koren, I tried creating a form at https://www.discoursedb.org/wiki/Special:CreateForm And I can see that after selecting the template, I can see option to choose input type.
Hi @Yaron_Koren , I have recently installed the latest PageForms extension 5.2-alpha version. I have installed MediaWiki version 1.35.1.
I have created a template Author :

Hi @Yaron_Koren , I have tried and reproduced the issue explained here- https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T250759 . The task is to remove the namespace parameter from both the input types and update in the documentation here https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Page_Forms/Input_types#combobox , is that correct?

Hi Everyone,
My name is Yash. I am currently a freshman junior pursuing Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. I am really interested to contribute to this project under the umbrella of Google Summer of Code 2021. For starters, I have set up the Mediawiki Development Environment in my local PC and installed Page Forms Extension using the documentation.
