Add event-logging to www.wikipedia.org page
Closed, DuplicatePublic

Description

We want to further our understanding of how people use this page. Adding some event logging to it would be nice.

Practically speaking, it would be significantly easier to do this if the page were git/gerrit-based, so we've marked this as being blocked by T110070.
