Create more search fields in GlobalRenameQueue

Description

Searching on Special:GlobalRenameQueue is not very friendly for some specific researches. Please create a search boxes and allow searching/filtering by:

  • performer
  • username
  • requested username

Currently supported: RfC on global rename tools

The above patch will allow to filter username, new username, status (on closed queue) and limit. I don't think it's that useful to be able to search by performer (already searchable through Special:Log) and wiki (all global accounts now) is.

If you wish to review the actions of a certain steward or global renamer, for example. Also useful to get stats, because rejecting requests is also global rename activity (and remember that global renamers do get removed if they're inactive). Regards.
