Adding @jhobs, who in Reading-Web-Sprint-64-Five Sprints at Freddy's will be the person likely instrumenting the eligibility/impression/tap EL (on-wiki parts). @jhobs, would you please link up Nathaniel when he joins tomorrow, and once you're ready and pair up while you code T123696: Add event logging for eligibility, impression, and tap through for Quick Surveys funnel?
