Unfortunately this report lacks some information. If you have time and can still reproduce the problem, please add a more complete description to this report. Ideally, exact and clear steps to reproduce should allow any other person to follow these steps (without having to interpret those steps) and see the same results. Problems that others can reliably reproduce can get fixed faster.

Oh, sry, I thought that the problem has normal description, my fault.
I talk about mobile version of mediawiki. If u try to read text in 'title' para by mobile (ex.: <abbr title=123>456</abbr> or <span title=123>456</span>) you will encounter a problem that 'mouseover' event not equal 'touch' event. The same problem in PDF version.
For example: IPA desc in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alabama

Not mobile version of the site has the same problem when u use mobile device also.
FYI: I recently asked about this issue at the en-WP Village Pump. Feel free to ask if there are any considerations that'd need community input to get this done.
Issue has been raised again at en-WP, indicating continued strong interest from the community for this issue to be taken up.
