Description

On the same example as you can have on the Watchlist or on an History page.

Default linked page would be Help:Flow on MediaWiki.org, unless there is a local Help page.

Customization of non-special page help links is not currently possible in MW core :( . This already causes the problem that the Watchlist link is customizable but the History one is not.
