Please, this one is blocking, and put turk instead of otk, is an erroneous information :(.
I don't really understand what to do, perhaps what I said was missunderstood. I only want to said than I filled some wikidata items as turk (tr) instead of otk (old turk) as this didn't exists.
@Popolon I misunderstood your comment. In that case, the only thing that is needed are the steps of https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Help:Monolingual_text_languages#Getting_a_language_code_added and this should be ready to go.
Maybe @GerardM wants to add something.
