Right now, an entry on a CollaborationList can have (1) the image display suppressed; (2) a specified image of the user's choosing; (3) an image retrieved automatically from the named article via the API.
Assuming image display is not suppressed, no image is manually specified, and no image can be auto-retrieved, there should be a default icon displayed so that the list is visually consistent.
