Make it easier for WikiProjects to shove long, narrow lists into columns

Description

We have a template for making complex (bot-made) column-lists (possibly), but we should also have a simple one for regular ones just using css columns so projects can wrap their long narrow lists easily by shoving them in template.

Actually wikipedia probably already has such a template. Possibly five. We need to encourage their use somehow?

Encouraging people to present long lists as columns of a fixed length (e.g. 20 em) is a good idea. What can we do to encourage that kind of use?

Find templates, hit people with shovels until they use them.
