Description

In both, screenshot.js and ve.ui.DiffElement.css there are still occurences of abandoned blue #347bff.
I'd suggest to not only change them over but, if approached, also compare if there is more UI pattern overlap possible from UI-Standardization point of view.
For example using a 2px outline instead of a 3px one like for all other highlights in M101.

For this I need help in navigating to the interfaces though.
