First suggestion is #COH and/or #KÖK for all items.
But apart from that - special tag for every dataset/country? Good for statistics, and will make it easier for the community to look up specific bot request and provide feedback if needed.

I've used double hashtags in previous imports to be able to both track tool and specific dataset e.g. import using #Kulturnav #SMM data.
So maybe something like the following as suffix to the edit summaries: #COH #se-arbetsl or maybe even #COH #WLM #se-arbetsl?
