Add option to check age of data to static data update script

Description

There should be two options

  1. Report age of all data registered in db metadata table
  1. Report difference between registered age and the age obtained with a HTTP HEAD request for all the data sources in the yaml file.

It has been decided that because we don't have a dedicated user-focused product manager for maps changes we can't make material product changes for maps, so the new styles work will not be deployed.
