After speaking with @pmiazga, we're confident that the mediawiki-services-chromium-render codebase is small and clearly written enough that inline documentation doesn't have to be too detailed. However, we both agree that the architecture, request flow, and responses should be documented alongside the codebase.

- The flow of a request through a system.
- All possible responses from the service and what they mean.
- The various configuration values and what they mean.
