Description

Split from T140209: Don't show "hand" mouse icon on unclickable objects since this one is a more specific case.

On https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Extension:Kartographer#External_data there are samples of maps using "type": "ExternalData". The mouse pointer will be changed to the pointing hand although the object(s) is unclickable.

This also affects direct GeoJSON, for instance here. The pointer shouldn't appear over the marker on the left.
