This task will track the overall upgrade of an additional 10G QFX5100 into each of the rows. This will be the overall tracking task, each rack will need a sub-task setup to coordinate the downtime for the systems in the 4th rack for each row:
Currently, each row has only 2 10G racks, Rack 2 and 7. When this is done, racks 2, 4, and 7 will be 10G. This will set codfw to mirror the 1G/10G layout in eqiad.
Hostname Note: Name each of the new QFX5100 switches as asw2-a4-codfw, asw2-b4-codfw, asw2-c4-codfw, asw2-d4-codfw. Add then into racktables with asset tags, even though we won't rack them quite yet (since they'll end up going where the EX4300 is in each of those racks.)
