Merge two hewiki user groups

Description

Hello. The Interface Administrator user group has been created right now. The hewiki site has a special user group for technical purposes, Interface Editor. We ask to merge these two groups to one, named "Interface editor" on Hebrew. I do not really care what will be its name on English, depends on your convenience. Actually, the new group will be the Interface Administrator group, extended by the rights of Interface Editor. You can find the community concensus at our Village Pump. Thank you.

Move over everyone to interface-admin (you can make the translation say "interface editor" if you really want, the name was chosen though to make it clear that this is a very powerful privilege), interface-editor can be removed afterwards if you want.

Can you empty the old group? It should probably be removed from all users before the definition is deleted.

But then all the users will not have the ability to work - they will loose all their current rights. Including the ability to edit MediaWiki namespace pages, so even the new group will be irrelevant.

Then maybe interface-admin@hewiki should be added the missing permissions editinterface@hewiki has?
