Description

Many social media platforms have terms of use which are incompatible with free licenses. For these we may need to secure a separate social media release from the creator. It would be good to have one in both Swedish and English.

Our phrasing should be such that it allows our funders to use the images in social media in relation to our project.

This directly affects WMSE-FindingGLAMs-2018 Since the funder wants to reuse or social media material and to WMSE-Wiki-Loves-2018 where we traditionally communicate the winning images on Twitter.

We have the text used by the WLM as a starting point. I've added the text to this doc where the WMSE-release form can evolve.

Once we have one it should of course be made available on our wiki.

T207051: Create Legalpad for WLM permission form is looking at implementing this in Phabricator. That is way more sustainable than replying to emails and logging the replies manually and thus probably what we want to do in the end.

@Evelina-Bang-WMSE Could phrasing this in Swedish, based on the English original, be a job for the praktikant?
