Description

Storybook support for Popups has been incredibly useful for testing, development, and avoiding regressions in page previews. Keeping the Popups base fully visible in StoryPops will help do the same for reference previews.

Acceptance Criteria

All reference preview types and orientations are presented accurately in StoryPops
