Description

Steps to replicate:

Add a new section using the "New Section" link
Save it
It scrolls to the top of the page in Read mode. Previously it used to scroll to the bottom of the page where the new section has been just added

As per T217198#4991957, we've never full supported new section on VE-pages, which is why it makes you enter wikitext. Low priority.
