CC0 licensing is duplicated in the UploadWizard when using a mobile browser
Open, Needs TriagePublic

Description

If a user is uploading a file to Commons using a mobile browser (reported, Ecosia and Edge in Windows 10 Mobile) and the UploadWizard, they may experience repetition/duplication of licensing information.

https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:File_captions_CC-0_license_repetition_error_(12_D._03_M._2019_A.).png

Ideally, the user will see the licensing information only once on the page.

I'm unable to replicate this in Chrome mobile.

Note that I use the Ecosia browser on Google Android, it isn't available for Microsoft Windows 10 Mobile. I don't often get this, but it occurs usually after uploading and publishing 3 (three) times without reloading the page. If I reload the page I don't get this issue after uploading another file 📁.

Sounds like a caching issue, then. Thanks for the information, very helpful.

Might be incomplete cleanup in the details step, where some leftover html from the previous upload is not cleared out. I'll look into it.
