After seeing the iDEAL data settle for our first rounds of email tests, it appears iDEAL is not recording email opt-ins. We're seeing optin=NULL rates between 60-80% for these NL sends, and it appears the remaining 20-40% is credit card or paypal donations.

I'm hoping the optin is actually recorded somewhere and just getting lost in the payment shuffle, but I'm marking this UnBreak Now because we're missing a huge opportunity if we lost 60-80% of the possible opt-ins on that email.
