MassMessage is not delivering.

Nothing in the logs on the the target wikis, e.g. https://fr.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Sp%C3%A9cial:Journal&type=massmessage&user=&page=&wpdate=&tagfilter=&subtype=
Traiging as UBN? I'm not sure I can see what is happening but if someone has access to logstash can help?
OK, maybe a temporary hickup, seems to be working again now – both a test run and the actual newsletter seem have been delivered.
With regards to the earlier tests, some of them were delivered albeit severely delayed, some not. I did three tests. None of the six pages have so far received all three messages. All have received one or two. Not the same one or two, though, and all three tests were sent out to at least one page.
Per @Johan, dropping prio level. Please Johan, feel free to resolve this if you think the problem has been addressed :)
Let's assume it was a temporary problem and call it resolved and I'll create a new ticket if it persists.
