Description

The Wikidata api dashboard has been stripped back to only show the format now.

And a new Wikibase dashboard for API has been created using metrics already provided by mediawiki core
https://grafana.wikimedia.org/d/MR93RkVWk/wikibase-api
Thus, any metrics generated by apiLogScanner.php other than the format metrics are no longer needs and can cease being generated.
