Editing an existing link's label has no effect if label < 3 characters long

Description

A contributor experienced the issue below using in the process of testing Edit Cards v1.

I have not yet been able to reproduce this issue using an iPhone XS + Safari.

Context: Edit Cards v1 feedback

Actual behavior

  1. Tap an existing link whose label is < 3 characters long
  2. Edit card appears
  3. Tap "Edit" link label
  4. ⚠️Nothing happens

Expected behavior

  1. Tap an existing link (it shouldn't matter how many characters long the label is)
  2. Edit card appears
  3. Tap "Edit" link label
  4. Keyboard appears
  5. Edit label text
  6. Tap "Done"
  7. Edit card appears
  8. New label text is shows in the article
