As a PRU user, I want PRU enabled for Wikivoyage & Wiktionary, so that the changes can be first released to a group of users (for collecting feedback & ensuring no major issues arise).
Background: As a first step, we'll remove the feature flags for Wikivoyage & Wiktionary. Then, we'll post an update on the Wikivoyage & Wiktionary Village Pumps to let the community know about the change. Once we have monitored feedback for a week, we'll then remove the feature flag for other wikis, assuming that no major issues are unearthed in the process of collecting feedback.
